Thank you for the input. Bracing is so frustrating for me in disc golf. In ball golf it feels like I get in to somewhat of a brace;



But in disc golf i cannot get the feel for it. Im going to watch the super spiral vid a couple of more times and see if there is something I didnt catch the first time I saw it.
 
Maybe learning golf driving lefty so your right leg does the bracing, that should make it easier to brace for a disc drive.

I just focus on pushing upwards with my front leg after and during the swing and keeping my upper body behind my front leg, even leaning my upper body weight into my hip a little.

There was this video that explained how squatting then becoming more upright and stiffening the brace leg and leaning back a little bit during a drive would accelerate the arm and help to brace. Maybe Sidewinder knows what im talking about.
