In a week or two I am heading up to Willoughby, Ohio (30min. NE of Cleveland) to buy a car. The plan is to fly up there and then drive back and on the way back from I would like to stop and play a few courses anywhere along I-70 or I-71. The drive will take me through central ohio and southern Indiana (close to Indianapolis) and then along I-70 to STL and home.
From looking at the map there are plenty of courses along the way but I want to know if there are some that are considered "can't miss" courses and any others that are worthwhile. Would like to play one or two in both Ohio and Indiana as long as they aren't too far away.
