The course does not open until 10am, and that's for the entire year. Per sign at the gate.

Came back to play yesterday just shortly after 10am. Some tee signs were laying on the ground. Baskets 11 and 17 were bent at the bottom. I don't think tee and basket for 8 are missing. Looks like it was never installed. It's a course designed for beginners and recreational.
