Help with club by-laws

Hey all...we're in the process of re-doing our club by-laws and wanted to make sure we have everything covered.

If you have access to (and wouldn't mind posting) your clubs' by-laws, that would be hugely helpful to us, and whomever might be in the same boat.

Sent you a Club Constitution and the By-Laws derived from that Constitution. I'm still in conversations with the school personnel in charge of the clubs. She said that both were extremely well thought out and well written. That comes from my previous participation in Student Government. Hope it helps.
