Looks pretty straightforward.
From the short I'd throw a roc, banshee if it's windy. From the long, probably a wraith.
 
Basically wide open, the main thing here looks to stay out of the 'pit'. The course page also said there's usually some pretty good wind. Whichever direction the wind's blowing, I'll play to fade into it with something understable.

For the disc, I would have to judge the wind first, obviously. from there match distance and heave.

In my bag, I guess maybe a beast assuming minimal wind. A surge or xcaliber assuming it's gusting
 
Hole of the day...really! No wind I'm throwing my esp Buzz, if there is wind I'm throwing my champion wraith.
