What is Hot KoCo anyway? We, "Ko" Kona Panis and "Co" Colten Montgomery, are building off the fun we had in 2018 traveling the country, competing on tour, and meeting amazing people along the way. Many people asked us to visit their neck of the woods but we may have been unable to see some of you last year. So, the Hot KoCo Tour gives us an opportunity to meet you at one of our event stops. As a fundraiser event, your participation helps keep us on the road. Thanks and we can't wait to see you!
What can you expect at a Hot KoCo Combo? We're going to bring all the fun and personality, but we want to meet you in person and share our disc golf experiences as well as hear your stories. So we'll be filming things, sharing Instagram stories and sometimes YouTube videos.
You can get to know us better and we can share our experiences with you-both as a touring couple, but also individually which is part of the "Combo" concept. The gender mix is definitely something you won't get at every other event!
If you're new to disc golf, you have the option to walk along with us as we play the round. We'll share tips and suggestions as you watch us throw holes.
We will have a clinic before the event at 9am for those who want to come ask questions and learn more about disc golf. We welcome all skill levels (never played but wanna learn? Come out!).
Entry fee into the Combo is $40 if you pre-register, $50 day of if we aren't already sold out. What's different about our event is that you'll get a choice of 1 of three Discmania molds and 1 of 3 Innova molds. Since we know these discs really well, we can answer any questions you may have about them! There will be three divisions: Experience, beginner and women. We hope to see as many women out there as possible so bring a woman who would love to learn how to play disc golf!
We've also created some cool custom trophies that we hope the winners will enjoy.
