A few years ago, I went on a work trip with my supervisor. Grown man with a full family, dinged me on raises for using passive language and being 3 minutes late when a major traffic accident happened. We get to the hotel room, he flips on the lights and inexplicably sprints to one of the beds and then dives across it and slams face first into the wall, breaking his face bad enough than we couldn't fly home and had to rent a car.
