I'm not sure what it is you are after, but a neighborhood course I designed (recently pulled) had lighting. I would be glad to offer any "wisdom" I have, having installed some of the lighting myself and having played (and hosted) a night league for several years on this course.

I'm pretty sure the course at Rutgers in Jersey has light not specific for the DG course but it's a college campus that is lit up for safety. Home of Cubby look up cubby aces on you tube you'll see some that were done in the wee hours of the morning.

Twila-Reid in Anaheim, CA has lights. Not worth a trip from Illinois though.
