The "dream" 5 link course on this site will have 18 reachable, visible downhill holes that curve to the left or are straight with no woods where you can lose your disc or OB water deep enough to lose them. There's a fully stocked pro and snack shop with reasonable prices with some form of a free ride from hole 18 back to 1 tee. The views will be awesome with no manmade structures in sight other than the cement tee pads and signs. This free, not pay-to-play course, will be located with 15 minutes of a metro area at the intersection of two Interstate highways.

Sounds like a 2.5 or 3 to me.
