New Disc Golf Course in Maryland

There is a new Disc Golf course under construction at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Baskets are up and marking out tee-boxes is underway. Course is located at Shore Park off Aberdeen Blvd. No information yet on when it will open, but looks like it is on track for late spring or early summer 2016.

Nice, my father-in-law used to work at the proving ground. Is the course in a publicly accessible area?

Public? Private? Course map? Subway close by? OK, Subway not a necessity but it makes for a great snack between courses!!

Shore Park Course is open at Aberdeen Proving Ground. 18 holes. Mainly open fields with some trees and other obstacles in play. Course is generally very short. Some holes just over 100 feet. I will work on posting the actual scorecard soon. Since the course is on post, not certain it is open to the general public. Will have to inquire. There are also two nine hole courses under development on APG South (old Edgewood Arsenal).
