This is a fundraiser for the
Youth Service Bureau Homeless Teens.


The Disc Golf Tournament will be played,
no matter the weather.

Two rounds of at least 18 holes on shortened Winter layout.
Check in 8 am - 9:20 am
Player Meeting 9:30 am
Group Picture 9:45 am
Tee off 10 am

Divisions/Costs
Pro per player: $25 + 2 Canned Goods
Adv per player: $25 + 2 Canned Goods
Int per player: $25 + 2 Canned Goods
Rec + Nov per player: $25 + 2 Canned Goods
Masters (combined age of 80+) Per Player: $25 + 2 Canned Goods
Mixed: $25 per player + 2 canned goods
Women: $25 per player + 2 Canned Goods
$10 per player will be donated, remainder of money will be used for cash payouts for all division.

Optional:
$3 50/50 CTP per person
$2 Ace Fund per person
$5 Golf Cart per person (first come first serve, if available)


We will be playing on the shortened winter layout.
Carts may or may not be available, depending on the weather.
