I'd suggest double looping the chain and giving the clasp a squeeze with pliers. That's how I have it on my bag and it's been secure for a few years now.

I double looped mine but didn't squeeze the clasp. I gotta do that I can't be losing this!! lol

I checked the P.O. Box on Monday and haven't received anything back. One guy managed to have his lost in the mail or something last time, ended up getting there after 3 or 4 weeks. You should definitely have received it by now under normal circumstances. If it doesn't get there in say.. 2 weeks PM me and I'll try to get a new one made for you.
