Putting form critique?

Spent a lot of time worrying about driving form only to realize I'm losing the most strokes on upshots/putting. Practiced all winter and am automatic inside of 15. Some days I'm really good inside the circle and other days I miss way more than I should.

I have a practice basket and rope taped off every 5 feet out to 35 feet. 20 feet is where I start to see a drop off in consistency. For example, I'll do 5 sets of 5 putts and might hit 5/5, 3/5, 4/5, 1/5, 3/5. Same thing at 25 feet. I get its the nature of putting but also would like any tips to develop more consistency.

After trying over 20 types of putters I've settled on the p model s. I have 5 identical putters. I try to practice 2-4 days a week.

Last paragraph before the video links I did. Settled on the p model s. Tried over 20 putters (probably closer to 30 actually) and this is the putter for me. Cheap and readily available, plastic feels good, not too deep or shalmicrobes, bead, stable but not too overstable due to the glide. Also use it for a throwing putter
