The Rollin Ridge Open is a PDGA C Tier event and layed out on a private course using Blood Red DGA Baskets. This is considered one of the best courses in Wisconsin and a newly hidden gem.

As soon as I complete the Flyer I will get that posted, but in the meantime, here is all of the information.

If I was still in Chicago I'd be there for sure, very fun course and great camping on site.

Hmmm this or dd spring opener..whats the price on camping? Ive yet to play rr

or both.

I don't think I would justify making the drive for just one or the other, but to get two tourneys in one road trip across the state, and having one of the courses be the ridge, yeah, you don't have to do much more convincing.

But if you're trying to choose one or the other, you can't go wrong with the ridge. I haven't played Irish Waters, the course itself doesn't sound too appealing to me though, I'm happy to play a flat mostly open tourney, that's usually where I perform my best. But the Rollin Ridge, if you haven't played there, it is a must! Incredible course, awesome property, I don't know what he's charging for camping these days hopefully somebody else will chime in, but I know it's not much ($10ish).

I think ill try to get up there for this one, come the day before to play and get used to it, and then huck the tourney. Seems legit to me!

If you haven't played this course.....march would be a good time

no mosquitos......nuff said

Couldn't agree more. I am very happy I was able to make it out there to play one day. Went on a weekday and I was the only one out there. Absolutely beautiful course and I played until my arm felt like it was going to fall off. The long tees are very challenging. I played it in the summer though so it was warm and buggy. It would probably be an amazing winter course.

Registrations is up to 20 confirmed players.
