Newest course in Virginia Beach opened about 10-days ago. 6-baskets and a practice basket new Veteran's. Plenty of room on concrete tee pads. Flat, and open with a few trees. Beware heavy brush on right side of fairways for holes 2, and 6. Heavy Brush and water within C1 on greens 5 and 6. You'll want to go for the ace run-on hole 6, I spent a few minutes looking for my disc within a few feet of C1, twenty feet from basket, where I found it is blind from tee. A nine-hole course could of been done doubling up basket 1 as 8 (280 feet) coming back, and basket 5 as 3 (232 feet) going out, and the practice basket as no. 9 (275 feet) without adding additional concrete tee pads, using the current concrete walkway. Perhaps extra holes later, a few places in park where that can be done. Course will be taken care of by city parks dept.
A little too open boring for me but will come back with at least 10 mph wind to work on that portion of my game. Now closes course to my home at three miles.
