Here is a video I made of myself throwing 250 - 300 ft towards basket with a variety of fairway drivers, mids and putters. I was throwing mainly anhyzers as the basket was on the right.

You turn backward a bit early in the x-step and move a bit fast so it's lacking rhythm and late acceleration. You need to turn everything further back at the plant and stop hugging yourself/keep your elbow more forward/upper arm wider from your chest. Watch the difference in how the plant foot lands and your body position, you turn your foot forward at the last second, and Will almost turns backward at the last second.
