in my eyes when it comes to putting, all that matters is what goes in the basket. if that's a spider for you, more power to ya!

If you really like the Spider, you might as well keep using it. But if you want a low profile putter to try, I'd recommend the Vibram Summit.

That is a good low profile option. Or, if you are used to a bead like the spider has, see if you can find a Ridge to feel.

Just what everyone else has said, don't fix what's not broken. I know a few guys who putt with spiders, they do fine. I've putted with them for fun, and they work just fine for me as well.
