Who's Qualified to Play: The Texas Collegiate Disc Golf Championship event is open to any College or University students at schools of Higher Education. This event will qualify (2) Championship Flight teams and (3) First Flight teams for the 2019 National Collegiate Disc Golf Championships.
*Teams may consist of 1 to 4 players and a school may have more than one team represented. Please register as an Individual Team Player and include your school name. You may register all team players at once or individually. Discounted PDGA fees are in effect for non-members.
The Texas Collegiate Team Championship will consist of a singles round and a doubles round Saturday. Sunday will be Team Match Play based on Saturdays rankings.
*The Texas team with the highest point total will win the 2018 Texas Collegiate Title.
**The Top 2 Overall non-qualified teams from any state will qualify for the 2019 National Collegiate Championship. There will also be (3) First Flight team invites awarded under the new Collegiate Disc Golf first flight requirements. (details soon)
There will be Individual Male and Female Collegiate State Champions crowned based on the singles portion of the event.
ALUMNI DIVISION-There will be a sanctioned Alumni tournament to coincide with this event open to all 2-year or 4-year college graduates. This event will consist of two rounds of Singles on Saturday, October 27th. Please register as an Alumni Player, include your graduating institution, year graduated. Trophy and prizes will be awarded including a GRIP EQ bag for the Alumni Champion.
