Can anyone who's run an event this year tell me what's in the "random ctp prize" pack? Also, I'm assuming there is 1 sling bag per 4 players? Lastly, I'm also assuming there's just the one Vibram Open dvd?
I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to set up extra CTPs and whatnot, just want to get a complete list of what will be coming to me. Thanks!

I neglected to make a list of what all was included, but I'll do my best from memory.
I had 36 players registered.
8 sling bags
12 2011 Vibram Open DVDs
4 string bags
2 Champion discs
1 Spirit award
Score cards (close to 2x what was needed)
pencils (with Vibram logo) more than enough
~25 flags (with Vibram logo)
That's all I can remember off the top of my head.

TD's My event is Saturday. When did you get tracking info? I'm a little concerned I haven't seen any yet.
I got my tracking info on Tuesday and box arrived on Wednesday.
I'm less than 4hrs from Disc Nation, so that helped a lot.
My event is Sunday. No word from Vibram on shipping yet..... :\
As the TD of an event coming up this does not make me confident.

Are they shipping from Disc Nation and not Vibram?
Disc Nation is handling the packing/delivery.

You will get your tracking info today from Zach (Disc Nation).
I had an issue last week where they didn't shut off the registration on Sunday night, and two additional people signed up on Monday. The boxes I received on Thursday (4/17) didn't have the two guys that registered on Monday, so they put two players packs on a Greyhound bus that dropped them off on Saturday (the day of the event). I had to pick them up at the Bus Station at 6:30 that morning, but they got here.
They will make sure you have your stuff.

I did get the tracking info from Disk Nation Thursday at 12:30 but by that time I had already had myups give me the tracking info at 6:15 am Thursday since I signed up for their service. Kinda late to get tracking numbers that were available on Tuesday but they will arrive today on time so no worries.
Boy, now I am really getting nervous. No tracking number, nothing. Email to Steve Dodge, nothing. Email to DN, nothing. No PayPal distribution.
Maybe we'll have to play with our two favorite discs on Sunday... And hope to distribute the discs later.....:thmbdown:
Or maybe everything will show up today....:thmbup:

lol, this is how i felt last year. i got my delivery at 4pm the day before my event, and i had to still drive 120 miles to the course.

I cheated on my spirit award a bit. I had 35 males, 1 woman, 2 juniors (13/12).
Before the event i contacted the woman. Usually during my events i have a connection with a local florist and they have always donated well. I explained the situation with the two juniors and offered her pretty much everything i have collected for females prizes. In exchange she gave up her female champion trophy so that the Jrs could compete for it. I gave the lady a handicap against the guys. She ended up with about 50 bucks worth of swag on top of her vibram pack. I then gave my 2nd place Jr the spirit award. I am a big believer in trying to get the Jrs out for events. This was actually one of my smaller Jr divisions. The cool thing about the story is the two Jrs actually knew each other, but didnt know that each played disc golf. They are now working together to get more of their friends to play.
