My goal going into my second year of playing (started playing April 08) is:
1. Have complete confidence in my putting from 25'
2. Increase my driving distance from 275' to 325'
3. To improve my rating by a minimum of 55 points this year. Currently at 800, I want to be completely out of the novice ranking.

What are your goals this year?

My buddy and I are trying to play every course in our state this year.

Play a handfull of new courses
Get my rating over 900 (currently 879)
Qualify for the Am Worlds
Qualify for the NEFA Finals

......another ace this year would be cool too

50 more feet on controlled drives, 75 on all-out rips (been playing about 6 months and want to be out around 350 by the end of the year)

10 under on courses that don't require bombs (current best round is 48, 6 under pro par)

Five good disc golf goals...

1. Play at least 14 new courses between now and the remainder of the year (50 courses under my belt just sounds like a good number)
2. Actually build the course my brother and I have been working on.
3. Be money from 30' and under
4. Review at least 18 courses between now and the remainder of the year
5. Get Gold TR status & Eagle member on the site.

I started in June, '08.
My biggest goal is to shoot in the 80's at Winthrop Gold on Sunday after the 2009 USDGC.
Secondary goal is to get my rating into the 900's.
Third goal is to break 70 on my home course, consistently (SSA Course rating = 61.6).
To do that I need to do 3 things:
First, throw 250'+ with control, 300'+ if "air it out".
Second, develop a reliable putt from up 33', 50%+.
Third, develop a reliable, straight shot to 200'
The best thing is, that I'll have an immense amount of fun working on these goals.
Disc golf is great.

1. Reach 150 courses played (started the year at 128, I think... up 7 new courses so far in the first three months, so it's seeming doable. Especially since we are just now starting disc golf season in earnest, and there are roadtrips yet to be made later in the year.

2. Finally break a 970 PDGA-rating... keep hovering in the high 960s, pulled down by rounds played while injured. Trying to break the streak this year.

3. Play at least a dozen PDGA events and cash in at least 1/3 of tournaments played. (So far, 0/1 this year).

4. Get my girlfriend up to where she is confident enough with her game that she wants to compete in an event; then get her to play at least one tournament this year (doesn't have to be sanctioned).

5. End the year with less discs than I own now (give-away, sell, trade, etc...)

BH 400'+, averaged almost 350' the other day! 2 months ago was at 250' max.
Hit most putts inside 30'.
Figure out playin in wind.
Play more courses, tourneys and improve my overall game and have fun!

I want to improve my form and throw over 300ft.

I need to work on my wind game as well.

I want to make it to Austin and play those courses.

1. Be consistent with 30` putts, about 2/3 right now.

2. Play at least 6 PDGA tournaments, win at least 3.

3. Start dyeing discs more to fund tournament play.

4. Get my fiancee to play more...

-I'd like to play in at least 6 tournaments this year. I'm moving from Intermediate to Advanced, so I'd like to place in the top 5 in at least a couple of those tournaments.
-Improve my rating...I'd like to get to 945 or so by the end of the year.
-I want to get to 500 rounds played by July 18th, one year from my join date on this site.
-I'd like to get from 45 courses played to 65 courses played by the end of the year.
-Sell some plastic to help pay for my tournament fees
-Be able to hang with the guys in the open division by the end of the year, maybe move up to open for 2010

I already added 100' to my drive over the winter, so now I should work on putting. Some days I can't even make 15' putts. :(

1. extend my sure putt distance by 15 feet

2. play at least 2 new courses

3. stop relying so much on my thumber shot and develop a better backhand and sidearm

1. Increase my rating to where I'm comfortable and competitive playing advanced.

2. Improve putting so I'm fairly accurate from 30'.

3. Play more tournaments than in 2008.

1. Get more field practice in.
2. Play 5-10 new courses in the area.
3. Improve my game in the wind.
4. Tweak my run up a bit.
5. Improve putting from 45ft plus.

There are my top goals for the year, in no specific order.
