You know you're addicted to DG when...

When you are going to play a top rated course tomorrow and instead of counting sheep before bed you hear chains all night long.

When you get done with a day trip to Cincinnati to play 4 courses, and start planning your weekend trip to Bowling Green before you go to bed. :D

You use firefox for only disc golf related activities. You have three tabs permanently open to various local DISCussion boards, one open to DGCR, one to discgolfu, one to the official PDGA website, and one that you use to browse other DG related sites. Any other internet activities not pertaining to DG are routed through Internet Explorer.

Having said all that, its hard to believe that was your first post! Welcome.

When you implore a family fishing from their pontoon boat to rescue your Teerex which somehow turned over and landed upside down, floating in the lake at Buckhorn. And you don't get mad when their twig boy son 30 feet off the shore throws it in the drink 7 feet from the shore and you still have to get wet to get it despite the fact you told said twig boy to throw really, really hard. Geez, what a day.

You drive 60 miles burning gas even though you really don't have the money to spend on gas just to play on Memorial Day Weekend.

You know your addicted to DG when you see someone walking around with their newborn strapped to their chest and you want to ask them if they prefer backsavers or quads.

When you are at the Zoo and instead of really looking at the animals, you imagine how cool it would be to make a course in the Zoo, and have a map that puts a basket near each animal, so you can see the animals, as you play.
OK, I need help.

Following up on that...

When you go out to Kroger to get that nice Mr. Lion a NY strip so he might kindly give you your Rancho Roc that you shanked back.

When you are at an MLB baseball game and you wonder if you could launch a disc from homeplate for a home run disc.

I have actually done this. I used to work for the Cincinnati Reds and before a game we launched quite a few discs from different places when they were still at "Cinergy Field" (Riverfront Stadium for all you old folks). The most fun was throwing from the upper levels -- on a good throw you can toss one to the other side.
