Holes 5-8 and the tee for hole 9 removed for extensive excavation.
The course is all in the rough, with plenty of sagebrush and small, unexpected hills and dips. There's a good amount of variation between the nine holes, with several blind ones. Signage includes views from the tee and good diagrams for new players.
Ephraim in right in the Middle of Utah, on Hwy 89. Once in town, turn East on 100 South and go to 400 East. Turn South and go for half a block, then turn East onto a diagonal road called Mill Road. Drive 0.6 miles; you should see the main banner on the right.
The first tee is a very large wooden bridge that has been taken out of the ground (right next to the main banner).
