Pros:

+Mach III baskets in great condition
+small hills here and there
+pretty lake/pond in view on some holes
+well-kept grass on the fairways
+quiet
+good little mix of holes from short ace runs to tighter, longer 300 footers

Cons:

-long walks in between many holes
-hole 8 throws blind across a walking path; huge safety issue. Not sure why the basket isn't placed to the right where it would make a beautiful dog-leg and wouldn't interfere with the path.
-can get a little muddy in places where the grass either won't grow or hasn't had time to grow

Other Thoughts:

Bedico Creek DGC is a private course in the middle of a sprawling subdivision. I've heard the course is meant for the subdivision residents, but I don't think non-residents will have trouble with access. For a private course that's off the beaten path, the tee areas sure seem like a few people play this course often as the tee grass is well-worn and broken in, but I never see other players on the course.

Most of the course is open but a few holes have surprising pinch-points where pine trees or brush can grab your disc and lead to bogeys. Hole 3 for example has a thick grove of small pines on the right and brush on the left at about the 200 foot mark off the tee. Hole 9 is a tunnel for the first 150 feet or so and the basket is guarded by a ditch, so only the most daring, accurate and long shots will provide a birdie. Hole 2 also has a tight gap to hit at about 120 feet off the tee or you have to throw really high over a line of trees and control the landing or you might dump into the water on the left. Hole 7 has a pretty green on a small hill overlooking the large pond/small lake. Is there a word for a body of water not quite a lake but too big to call a pond? Whatever that is, that's what the water is on this course.
