Pros:
Nice tee signs
Great DD Vet baskets
well maintained park
Cons:
Grass tee areas
walking path comes into play way way way too much
not a lot of tree's, course tends to be a hyzer fest.
Other Thoughts:
All the previous reviews are on the original 9 hole layout.
The course has been expanded to 18 holes with 18 tee signs and DD Vet baskets.
The park does have a lot of smaller tree's and the course does attempt to use them as much as it could. However, this is still a hyzer fest course with the wind being your biggest factor.
Lets talk about the walking path, it winds around the park and was being used by several people when I played. I had to watch out on several holes, even waiting for the fairway to be clear before I threw.
The tee signs do not mark any out of bounds areas. Several holes should be played walking path and beyond OB which would make this course a little tougher.
you do have a few longer holes like hole 1, then plenty of pitch and putt holes to run for aces. Hole 17 (I believe it was OG hole 9) was a fun little shot over the pond with a tree that could slap your disc down into the water. Clear the dam and you got a putt.
Would I play here again? No, this course is not horrible, but it's not great either. It's a good small town course in a pretty park. I believe it's a one and done course for most of us.
