Pros:
The park has decent elevation changes, and the holes make good use of the elevation that's there.
The trees throughout the park are used to shape lines on most of the holes.
Hole length balance: three short ace runs (3,8,9), four holes in the 300s (1,2,6,7), and the 480' hole 4.
Concrete tee pads in good condition, tee signs provide the necessary information.
Next tee signs on all the baskets (underrated feature).
Very low course traffic from what I saw.
Course was mowed recently when I played
Discraft chainstar baskets (I think). They catch well despite their age.
Cons:
Just 9 holes. That's really all that's possible in this park though.
The lines slightly favor RHBH throwers (6 holes curve left, 3 right)
Holes 8-9 are obstruction free backhand putter hyzers.
The basket on hole 9 was hit by a tree that fell fairly recently, and the basket is bent considerably. It's still useable, but it doesn't catch very well.
I've heard the drainage ditches fill up during rain, which would majorly disrupt course flow.
