Pros:
The course is free, easy to find, has bathrooms on site, and plenty of parking in the rec area. It's a decent mix of a couple open shots, several wooded holes, with a couple thickly wooded "throw and hope" holes. The woods are gorgeous, with the new growth punctuated by several beautiful ancient trees that serve as gnarly sentinels of the forest. The final shot down the ski slope to a basket on a mound is alone worth the trip, and you'll be tempted to throw every disc in your bag just to watch them majestically sail down the long broad fairway to the valley below.
Cons:
There are often long walks between holes, which is not typical of a nine hole course. The course is not very efficient that way -- I personally think it's better to have the next tee at least within sight of the previous basket. We spent a bit of time searching for tee pads, and too much time walking between holes.
