Pros:
-Baskets are in great shape and numbered so it is easy to know, which basket is the next basket to throw too.
-Course is pretty easy to follow and you won't spend any time looking for the next basket.
-Good course for younger kids, the holes are short but some of them have obstacles and some holes provide some interesting shots that will keep kids entertained.
-For the more advanced player, this is a good course to practice with your putters or mid-ranges
-If there is no one around, there are some decent opportunities to play some safari holes and make some of the holes play a little longer.
-A couple of the holes provide so fun interesting shots that allow the use of a couple different lines. The best hole is hole 8 which provides a short pretty tight shot through some trees.
Cons:
-The holes are all very short (while not certain of distance it seemed like every holes except for hole 4 were under 150 feet, with hole 4 probably about 200 ft.
-No actual tee-pads, you just throw from basket to basket.
-It's a little hard to know where the course starts as hole 1 is very close to the parking lot, we teed off from the baseball diamond near hole 1.
-The course has a lot of safety issues as the baskets are placed around several playgrounds and sports field.
-The course is not playable during school hours and even on weekends, it can be unplayable. We tried to play on a Saturday and couldn't because there was a elementary soccer league being played on one or two of the holes with lots of people around and in the way of the course.
-Several holes play along fences and the fences are very short and a bad shot could easily end up in someone's backyard.
Other Thoughts:
Overall, this is a good course for it's target audience: elementary school children, but more experienced players won't find too much challenge here. It's good to see an elementary school have a decent course for younger children to learn the game.
