Reviewed: Played on:May 7, 2015 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Nice concrete tees. Good hole signs. DISCatcher baskets. Good hole distances.

Cons:

Long grass which prevented skips. Not enough trees. Lack of variety between holes.

Other Thoughts:

Good course for begginers. The lack of trees leaves the course vulnerable to wind. Kind of dull course; nothing special or horrible.

Longer Park Course 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 11, 2014 Played the course:once

Pros:

+Great tee signs with everything you need to know.
+Very large concrete pads
+Nice Innova baskets
+Lots of length for a park 9 holer and good variation
+Sandwiched between a nice golf course and the lake. Good views.
+Great flow to the course.
+A few ace runs on the shorter holes.
+A little bit of elevation.
+Good for practicing long bomb drives

Cons:

-The course is mostly open. Hole 9 is the only one that makes you hit any line and even that one is open for awhile.
-Pretty long for a park 9 holer.
-The replay value of this course is pretty low for me. Nothing overly interesting to bring me back.

Other Thoughts:

+I like this course better than the other course in town despite that one being an 18 holer. This one has more length and fun factor.
+This course is worth a stop if you are in the area. I wouldn't go too far out of my way to play here but you won't be disappointed if you stop here.

It's Okay 2+ years

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Jun 30, 2013 Played the course:once

Pros:

-The course is on a nice slice of land next to a ball golf course.
-There are nice signs for each hole.
-Well maintained land.

Cons:

-Natural boxes that are undefined, sometimes requiring you to analyze which direction you have to throw or even where to throw from.
-Very Short holes in general, for the most part this is a pitch and putt course with ace opportunity on every hole.
-Very little shot shaping requirements. There are some trees out here, but in general they dont require you to throw a shot factoring them in.

Other Thoughts:

For a 9 hole course i would say this course is okay. Would never recommend anyone going out of their way to play this course. I am satisfied with playing this course once and leaving it at that even though i go to Watertown 5 times a year at least.
