Set in the old orchard part of Kelley Park. The park is a 172 acre park that includes a zoo, museum, Japanese garden, kids playland, and picnic areas. Disc golf is in a separate area has minimal strolling park visitors. there are no pedestrian paths within the disc golf course but are open paths around the perimeter.
All 21 holes have multiple concrete tees and at least three potential pin positions. 9 holes have two baskets. Baskets are a mix of Mach X and Mach 7.
Although the course is free to play there are parking fees in the park. You may park on Phelan and walk 10 minutes to the course. Parking $6 per day ($10 on holidays). $80 annual pass. Unfortunately, annual pass is good for city parks and not county parks such as Hellyer and vice-versa.
Restrooms are available a short walk up the path from hole 4/8 Tee pads.
No alcohol or smoking.
Watch out for poison oak.

Just off I-280 in downtown San Jose. Take the 11th St exit toward 10th St. Turn left on S. 10th St for about .5 miles to a left on E. Alma Ave. Continue for .2 miles and Alma dead ends into Senter Rd. Turn right on Senter and then make a left on Phelan Ave. and continue into the parking lot.
