The complex is right at the base of Mt. Shasta, but is mostly flat (with the exception of the east side of the East/Yellow and South/Blue loops). Most holes have clear fairways through tall oaks and manzanita shrubs. May be snow-covered in winter months; at 3800' above sea level, it's one of the highest courses in the Northwest.
From I-5, take the Central Mount Shasta exit (#738, Lake Street), and go east on Lake Street through downtown. Veer left onto N. Washington Dr., then turn right at the stop sign onto Rockfellow Drive. After one block, turn left into Shastice Park, and park at the north end of the parking lot. Walk along the west side of the soccer field, and you'll find yourself in the South (blue) loop. Head northwest to find "Disc Golf Central."
