Nearly wide open course with some heavily wooded fairways flowing around the church with a few long walks in between. Some moderate elevation, and a few fair but very in-play water hazards. Lush, well maintained grounds.
Starting and ending in the wooded area across the parking lot of the S side of the building, and then circular around clockwise. The first 4 holes are are very tight, heavily wooded almost tunnels plus strategically placed trees with elevation playing a slight role. Next 4 holes are in the tundra with very tight fairways, thick rough on either side and elevation. Wind can definitely be a factor.
Next 3 holes are open and flat, and each has strategically placed trees. Next 4 holes are also open and flat, but water plays a significant factor. Next 2 holes are short and technical with heavy shule/underbrush off the fairways. Final hole is a long tunnel with a mandatory. Tee types vary from concrete on 1-8 longs, dirt, to some grass, to gravel and dirt.
