Pros:

+18 nice baskets that are numbered and have par printed on them.
+Tee markers look good. They have hole #, par, distance on them. They are almost like headstones. Should last forever as long as they don't get covered up by grass.
+Park is overall very nice. Playground, walking/bike paths, ballfield, lots of parking, bathrooms (didn't use them to know if they were open)
+Maintenance is great. Chance to lose a disc is pretty low unless there is water in the creek bed. It appeared quite dry in August.
+Solid variety in length of holes. Hole 1 was over 500' and there were a few other long holes. Also many in the 150-200' range.

Cons:

-Hard to find the tee markers unless you know where to look. They are flush with the grass or even recessed a bit. First time you play will take some time unless you use a map.
-Navigation is kind of a nightmare. Use a map for sure. This course used to be 9 holes and was listed as such on here. The 9 holes loop back to the start and then you have to walk halfway around the main ballfield to find 10. In my opinion, this park should probably just have a nice 9 hole.
-Safety can be an issue as many holes either cross each other or just play quite close together. They also play fairly close to other park features, especially the bike path.
-Very little elevation here.
-Pretty open. Not many trees to force any interesting lines.
-Signs could definitely use a little more info so you can tell which basket to throw at. You can always see at least 2 and sometimes many more than that.
-Other course users have mentioned that there can be water in the creek bed.
-Some tees are painted on the concrete paths which further exacerbate the navigation problems.
-Unless Tees are on the path, they are natural grass tees. None were overly unlevel but there are always better alternatives to grass.

Other Thoughts:

+This is an ok course for a small town. They probably only had a few parks to choose from and this one might have been the best. The land is flat and open and that makes it hard to have a great course.
+The obvious upgrades here are tees and signs. I hate navigation issues as much as anything else. Maybe try to get a few more trees started to make this course more fun down the road.
