Pros:
-Brand new course with a decent layout. The designers really utilized the land that they were working with and made it challenging enough.
-Good variety of shots, water hazards, trees, and short/long distances.
-Really nice grass all throughout the course. It's kept up by maintenance crews since it's right on campus.
-Tough to lose a disc here too unless you throw it in the water, but I saw they have a pool cleaner for you to reach in and grab your disc if you lose it on 6.
-I think you can even rent discs from the visitor center too because I found one that said RFUMS on the back that someone lost but didn't return. I left it on the basket on 5.
Cons:
-No Tee Boxes.
-Tough to navigate to hole 7 from 6. (It's across the parking lot- Make sure to download the map in the Media section)
-Only 12 holes. Hoping they can add more too.
-A few shots where some pedestrians may get in the way.
8, 9, and 10 for example.
-Hole 8 you have to shoot from an elevated tee box over the road with a busy volleyball court on the right side of the fairway. I pulled my drive way left because I thought I was going to hit the people below me.
Other Thoughts:
Overall, this is worth your time. Utilization of elevation on many of the holes was pretty cool on this course, so be prepared for some tricky shots. Well kept, and I think it will stay like this. There is still a lot that can be done to add to the course like adding tee boxes and 6 more holes to make it 18, but after looking at everything, it's not too big of a deal for now. They even hold some tournaments here through the school for the students.
