Pros:
-Good variety in shots.
-Rolling hills throughout. No steep up/down shots, but no completely flat shots.
-Trees are sparse, but placed just right to make somewhat challenging.
-While the tees are just grass, they're all flat with enough room for a run-up.
-Good hole length ranging from 200 to 400.
Cons:
-Only 9 holes.
-In the middle of nowhere.
Other Thoughts:
I was proudly the first person to ever play this course. It's really not a bad 9 hole course on the grounds of a camp center. After checking in at the office, the retreat center is about a quarter of a mile down the road. Be careful on Hole #1. There's a pond just to the right of the basket that you can't see from the tee. I know it's kind of far from any cities/interstates, but this is one of the better 9 holes I've played.
