Pros:
-Nice shady park right across from the Niagara River.
-Some fun elevation change, though minor.
-Holes seem well placed and seem to consider the trees, so not every shot is a straight rip.
-Easy to fit in two loops on lunch, about 20 mins for 9 holes.
-Short, great for beginners
-Open all year, I think.
-Free
Cons:
-Short, not so great for intermediate/advanced players.
-Tees are natural and well worn, can be muddy sometimes, some have a lot of roots.
-Tee for #6 was removed for some drainage construction. Just use the manhole cover by #5 basket instead.
-A bit cramped when there are events at the park.
-Baskets for #5 and #9 are different/lower quality from the rest.
Other Thoughts:
I really like this course. Im there almost every weekday at lunch. Its a great break to my work day whenever it isn't raining or too hot. Park is beautiful and well maintained, but not so much the tees for disc golf. #4 is the only real chance you have to lose a disc off to the left. We've put a couple of Valks in there this year. There is a bike shop just south of the park that sells a few Innova discs too.
