Pros:
-All tees are concrete pavers that are nice and high quality. (Actually, hole 1 is grass, but that is fine I think)
-Tee signs are nice, they give hole map, par, distance, and hole number.
-baskets are blue, and stand out pretty well.
-Fairways are typical of a park course, mowed grass, with some trees and walking paths. Watch out for pedestrians, there are a lot.
-Not much elevation to speak of, except for hole 9, where there is a bit of a hill and it is nice.
-On a course where trees are pretty much the only obstacle, they are used well. I get that on a lot of courses trees are the main obstacle, but at this course, it is trees and nothing else, for the most part. The trees are nicely used.
-Paths from hole to hole aren't present, but you can really just use the walking paths, which are great.
-Well used Mandos, makes the park safer, while keeping the course interesting.
Cons:
-Baskets are similar to Mach II, which I am definitely not a fan of.
-Navigation is hard without a map, the course flows well, but some holes are really close to each other, and there are some confusions there.
-No water in play, there is a creek nearby that would have been fun to play along.
-No benches
-Holes 1 and 3, and a little bit 9, play really close to a road, this is a little nerve wracking, there is just grass, curb and then road, and the basket is maybe 10 feet away form the edge. you really have to get the distance right on 3 and 9 so you don't go long.
-Some fairways come really close to intersecting, which could make things difficult if there was a lot of people.
Other Thoughts:
Good Course! I played it on a mini road trip to Kennewick, it was a worthy stop for a quick leg stretch, this is a quick play, only about 30 minutes when I was in no particular hurry.
