The pro shop employee will tell you that this course is "still under construction" but by normal course standards, this course is fully playable and in good shape. There are baskets, tee pads, benches, and Next Tee signs. The only reason I'm calling it only "Good" is because parts of hole 15's fairway were quite muddy. The pro shop guy said they are working on it, and gave me some little boot cover bag things. You're already splurging on the Eagle's Crossing experience, and by that standard this course is done enough that you probably won't regret the additional $32 greens fee for this course.
Full review coming soon. ;)
