I'll try to focus on the gas pedal move a bit the next weeks. I get what you are saying. Since I last wrote to you I've been able to overcome some of the issues that was giving me headaches at the moment. A lot of it came down to me trying to push the weight shift in to the lead side and rush things, instead of letting it flow/tip/slide/dive into the lead leg and be patience. I realized that the back foot doesn't only flail forward as a counter balance. It gets wrapped around the lead leg counter clock-wise as the hips turn clock-wise. That makes for a tight and balanced force. I can see the correlation with lifting the heel more actively. Thanks for that!
