What exactly do you mean when you say front foot stride more inside out? Same with arm/disc outside-in-out? Sorry for not understanding correctly.

Almost a year since last post. After having a kid there haven’t been much time for disc golf. But we are back at it again now. What would you guys suggest I should focus on? https://youtu.be/nDkUlLqbczI

Stop using the power pocket, Stop it!

Part 2 out now, talking about weight shift. Did he just say I don’t listen to science I listen to my body? And showing examples of tipping over the brace leg as that is the correct way of "front leg disc golf”? I just don’t know how he can say Paige, Paul and Drew are doing “back leg disc golf “.

More work. Been reverting back to a pendulum style. Feels like I have some rhythm issues, but I can feel the power more easily this way and everything feels more effortless. https://youtu.be/tZK4VclRzic

Can someone help me clarify what’s right? Feels like I am not getting any power from my lower body, and I think it’s because of how I aim/run up. My lower body does one thing and my upper body another.

Mistaken backhand "griplock" releases where the disc flies far and magically.

Paul Ulibarri just posted a video of grip, its for inside 200f but think it wil realate to longer ranges aswell. been squeezing the disc into my palm for so long and had grip locks all the time because of it. Working on a 2 finger grip now to learn how to undo the muscle memory...

Been trying to not spinn out and anchoring my left arm more. My distance has been much more consistent, and it feels much more effortless. I think i am stil using my arm to much, not lagging behind enough. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2EEytOmw9U&ab_channel=TomAndreLia
