    That makes sense. I tried the doorframe drill and I wish I found it earlier. That and the bow analogy really made something click. Gonna stick to that drill for a while to get used to that feeling.

    Thanks! Yea looks like I'm trying to go straight forward but instead move more right to left so my body gets in the way of the disc. Interesting point about the bow and moving around the disc, haven't thought of it that way. I'll check those videos.
