[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Part VI)

Hey nice!!! Broke 450', most awesome! Haha I was keeping an eye out for a fission time-lapse.... for no good reason. I think I'm better with the Mayhem in that slot. That slot for reference is the "maybe I can grow into it/ i feel bad not carrying a max D disc/ i'll us it as a wind distance...

    Ankle Braces and Disc Golf

As far as knee braces go, Bauerfiend is king. Damn near $200 but I rely on em every day. I haven't tried an ankle brace but I rolled my ankle on a teck cable stepping out of a skid 27yrs ago, damn thing loves to roll still. I wear a med high top steel toed leather boot, Redwings, again they cost...

@lee76007 Damn man sorry about the electron... takes a while to get it that kind of sweet, reminds of a beat up pro rhyno, it's worth an extra $20 to have someone put the work in... of course the envy is better 🙄 😀 What is it you are digging with the prism plasma envy? I find the eagles more...

150 bag for an old fart

Yeah you're probably on the right track with the light detour. My 165 uplink doesn't get nearly as much play as my heavy ones, the 176 gyropalooza is flippy enough for me, anything shorter and it's a putter shot. Hawkeye eh? 7 5 -1 1 looks decent.

150 bag for an old fart

@Monocacy Have you tried an uplink? I've got a 165 Shedyzer one in soft... it's a flippy line holder. It will turn on its own, or hold putter lines in the woods. my preference towards the 180 soft is that it has taken relay shots, especially downhill. I can get that weight moving on a little...

150 bag for an old fart

Detour is definitely a smidge under a hex. Good for hyzer flipping if you throw that way. It's decent but I love my uplinks! A 180g soft uplink is comparable to a 174 detour, except the detour will pull out of an anny sooner with a faster drop but it's just as likely to ride a long anny downhill.

Are we just making things up with nose angle stuff now?

Yes haha. In many ways that may be a gift. Less to think about. The more I know, the less I realize I know... and it's still very little. Haha. It's all heading the right direction but the more little pieces you put together the easier it is to gain power/distance. I think the proof is when...

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Part VI)

Oh man those 21 uplinks are awesome, most understable uplink made to date. My preference is the 180 soft though, I like to pair them together if im big bagging it. The MCO has been pretty good, my first soft pixel has got a lot of turn now. Of course I putt with it haha, been good for putt and...

Are you saying the stock and gyropalooza detour feel different?

Are we just making things up with nose angle stuff now?

So if one is prone to having the thumb ahead of the index finger, with an indented grip it would explain a nose down pronation? Also.. turn the key feels wrong, sure it adds easy distance but accuracy suffers.

[Drivers] Are Speed 7 Discs Necessary?

Yeah our courses heavily wooded, there's probably five diamonds out of 20 people's regular bag. Seem to be mighty popular
