I started playing disc golf in 2005. My first course was Sergeant Means in Olympia Fields. I played two more after that in 2005. However, I did not play again until August of 2008 due to knee problems, which were corrected through surgery. I started back up again on camping trip. I have been hooked ever since. I try to get in at least one disc/camping trip in every year. I plan days off around disc golf when weather permits. A pair of brothers are good friends of mine. They turned me on to this awesome game. We try to get together for disc whenever we can but I am always ready for solo disc.
Rex, it was pretty cool. I do hope they add some tee signs. I hope some more new course go up in NW Indiana. We might as well forget about any course going up in Eastern Will County.
Hey, sorry it took me months to get back to you... glad you made it up here to play some courses in my area. Have you played any new courses recently that are worth the trip?
You know it, bro. Maybe you will hit 100 by next summer if not before. I love playing in the Quad Cities. I hope to hit up Devil's Glen and Middle Park again since we missed those this year. I hope Credit Island is not flooded so we can add that one to the list.
What's up, bro? glad you finally opened an account on here. Look forward to hitting up some course with you this year. I hope they get the new design in at Oakbrook soon. We can hit that up along with Madison Meadow and the one in Hinsdale. I see they now have tee signs at the Hinsdale course. I hope we don't encounter all the dogs this time. Woof!
