This year the April Fools Fling will have some changes.....last year it was a 1 day at Tombigbee State Park...this year it will be a 2 day DOUBLES tournament at Trace State Park!!!

When- April 9th and 10th
Where - Trace State Park
Camping and Cabins available, call park office at 662-489-2958
Entry Fee's- All pro divisions- $90 per team
All adv divisions- $70 per team
All am divisions- $60 per team
Nov and Jr divisions- $30 per team
Format- Rounds 1 and 2 will be played Saturday on Old Warrior Run the adv and pro divisions will play the long tee's both rounds, the am division will play short tee's 1st round and long tee's 2nd round, the master and grandmaster can discuss with others in their div and decide which tee's they would like to play if not all agree then they will play short tee's 1st and long tee's 2nd round, the jr, novice, and am women will play short tee's both rounds.
Round 3 will be played on TRACE GOLD!!! The Novice, Jr, and Am women will have shorter temporary tee's for the 3rd round.
All rounds will be played under the BEST SHOT format.
Schedule-
Saturday April 9th- Registration 7am-8:30am
Players Meeting 8:45
1st round tee-off 9-9:15am
2nd round 1 hour after last card is turned in.
Lunch will be available at the park, more info on lunch later.
Sunday April 10th- 3rd round will tee-off at 9am
After 3rd round there will be a distance competition per the division you played in, each tournament participant will get 2 throws.
Lunch may be available sunday as well, will know more later.
Working on having players packs, more info on contents to come later as well.
We are accepting HOLE SPONSORSHIPS at $25 per hole!!!!!
This tournament will have an exceptional payout, if you attended the Tupelo Fall Classic which I ran last year, look for close to the same or BETTER!
Hope to see a HUGE turnout, nothing more fun that playing doubles at Trace, so find you a partner and come on out!
