is it the non plus rim your looking for or has to be 3rd run?
have a 1st run c-pd. dayglo/ silver stamp. 170. 8/10. no ink. only field tested but picked up some lame scuffa in the few times i tried it. no rim damage or anything like that.

I don't know how much shipping would run, but I got a third run from Community discs a while ago, a nice pearly blue one. Justin was very helpful with the questions I had, if you end up striking out on the mp I'd ask him if he has any.
