Finnish putting game

My goal for the next week of practicing is to make 5 for 5 more often so I can visit that 10m more frequently.

16% 8 throws 5 5 35 20
28% 9 throws 15 30 25 40

Best thing about the game is it focuses me and keeps me excited to practice. Self competition being one of my biggest drives.

My replacement practice basket came in today!!(warranty)- got to try the game without an insane tailwind(but pretty drunk)- ended up with a 540- didnt touch the 5 or 6 meter marks, from 7-10 my percentages were 80, 70, 56, 50

Im guessing my PDGA rating is right around 800- judging by the 2 tournaments I have played so far and ratings havent been updated yet-do you all think that is about average for that rating?

Your rating/score ratio is probably the best so far. Most of the guys who have informed their ratings have it well over 900 and are not scoring that well.

Very few of the rounds entered have had PDGA ratings with them so there is not very comprehensive data yet regarding the ratio.

Average score is 413,8
Lowest is 186
Best is 782
74% of entered scores are from finland and 24% from USA

Someone over here has just knocked up an iOS version, they are tidying it up then posting on here.

Just installed on my Android, gonna give it a go in the backyard after work.

First try at it I shot a 304 but somehow my stats didn't save in the app... Guess I get to start over fresh lol

Ok figured out the saving info must of closed it before clicking finish button..... N E ways played a second round of the game and scored 375...great fun great practice

So sweet having this save data day to day (I assume in browser cache so not clearing data until the iPhone app comes out). Played two rounds today, because the first didn't go as planned. Almost ALL my misses are LOW due to no follow through. Come up short on the swing and I can feel it without even watching it. Played a second game with 2 things:
Forced Confidence
Forced Follow through

Results: Awesome. Never visited 5,6,7m the second game.

My confidence and ability go way down at 9 and 10 meters out. I go from 80% to 50% then 23% respectively. Probably a byproduct of spending too much time in the garage where I can only get to 23 feet. This game has really made my go back to all wizards for putting. I've been using aeros and novas up until now.

IOS version James has tidied up a bit, link is in the pinned post on here : - https://www.facebook.com/groups/619728151387482/ (in comments)

I haven't played around with the new one but it worked well for me on Friday with the first one he made.

Edit* I believe you can use it in App form by downloading the Croydon Disc Golf App from the app store and he has loaded it in there somewhere (I think I need to check) . Good app to have if you ever plan on playing in London UK!

Downloaded the Croydon DGC app and couldn't find the game in there anywhere.

I've asked him and this is the answer (I was wrong - I'm technologically retarded, along with other types of retarded...)

"Its a web app, so load it in safari then on the safari toolbar you can add it as a book mark to your homescreen. Once loaded the app is entirely self sufficient and shouldnt need network connection. It saves all its data in your browser so if you close the page and reopen it it should be where you left off. Once i have finished it i might package it up as an app store app too. Ive got some more magic to add to it first... Consider yourself a beta tester!"

the link ^^ is a facebook post, and that facebook post links to this thread...
don't worry about it
