I know there are a lot of issues and I'm having a lot of trouble fixing them. My biggest issue I think I'm struggling with is getting into the power pocket. I always seem to turn my shoulders too early which causes my shoulder to collapse/lag behind. I just can't comprehend how you're supposed to use no power until you get into the pocket and then explode from there. If that's the case, what is even the point of the reach back, x-step etc.

I'm also not sure why the disc always wants to shoot up towards my shoulders during the pull through, I'm assuming this also has to do with my shoulders turning early.

Thank you for the video, I will give that a try. I did also notice that I am turning and reaching back pretty early as well.

I have a couple things to focus on for next field day!
