Help me with my form

Here's a recent video of me throwing. Any critique would be welcome. I've been playing about 5 months now. Thanks in advance.

Your throwing stance is way open and effectively not turning back your body and reaching back nearly far enough from when you plant the front foot. Watch the first 2 vids below for the concept of throwing and stance wise see the last video below for setup.
