Is there a quick and easy way to learn to throw a roller

Lightning makes rollers. My longest was accidental really over torqued stratus. Since then I have done it on purpose with mixed results. A few genius moves and a few terrible shanks

I agree that wide nose drivers make the best roller discs, Stratus and the Archer work well for this as do some fast speed 5 midrange that have a wide nose.

The Discraft Archer is what I use for backhand rollers, I hold the disc vertical in hand for a full flight roller with a different arm movement then the standard backhand. The wide edge on the speed 5.5 fairway disc the Archer is nice to have a for the full flight roller from the hand as then the initial hit to the ground dose not cause the disc to bounce as much in an odd direction.
