Offhand sidearm or main hand backhand

I throw mainly sidearm for distance drives, and use tomahawk, thumbahawk for midrange. I use backhand for approach shots and putting; I need to either increase the distance of my RHBH or develop a LHFH shot.

Any thoughts on which would be easier, faster?

your best option is RHBH, unless you are amphibious.

If you are amphibious then switch to water polo.

You know your power better than we do. Some players are sidearm dominant while others are backhand dominant. The rest are amphibious.
