If there is information it is best to try and contact the person. However you did the work so if the person wants their disc they should have to be willing to come to you and pick it up (with a donation of money or other disc).
If you have tried and no person answers it is yours.
If you find my disc, call me to let me know and more then likely I will let you keep. I just want to know that it is going to good use.
